Happy Easter. For Good Friday, we are going to church and then to my mom’s for lunch with the extended family. For dessert I made the cutest cupcakes.
These are from the Yum for Kids Food and Fun magazine. I hardly every buy magazines anymore, but this one had a bunch of cute recipes. The carrots are marshmallows covered with orange candy melts. The cupcakes in the magazine were in small terra cotta pots, but I decided not to go buy twenty pots just for serving dessert.
The kids wanted to do something too, so we decorated sugar cookies.
They were trying to convince me that these are healthy since they’re carrots.
And of course, they wanted eggs for breakfast.
